Let's calculate the GRIND
Let's find out how enormous the grind actually is. By grind I mean the amount of bloodpoints required to get stuff, and here I will ONLY consider getting perks, no add-ons considered at all. We will also not consider prestiging: we assume the most rational player will never prestige, wishing to save some grinding time. We will count here, how much does it take to unlock all perks for all characters. By a single perk I mean one perk level you have to pick in bloodweb, so acquiring a tier 3 perk would require you to buy it 3 times, equaling the purchase to 3 perks. Every character starts with 3 tier 1 perks, but they still have to unlock their own perks for other tiers six times in total, and then characters have to buy their own teachables at levels 30, 35 and 40, one at a time, equaling the total number of own bought perks to 9. So unlocking own perks with teachables takes the same amount of perk purchases as for any other 3 perks, therefore we will ignore these details and assume all the characters start empty and buy only ordinary perks, without calculating "starting perks" and "teachables" in a separate way.
First of all, I think it would be fair to assume that getting a character from level 1 to level 50 takes about 1.5 million bloodpoints. Levels 1 through 24 give you one perk, levels 25 through 39 give you two of which you can only take one, levels 40 to 39 give you three of which you can only take two. So upon getting to level 50 you will most likely have acquired 1*39 + 2*10 = 59 perks unlocked.
Then we are stuck at level 50 (remember, we don't go for prestige). Once again we have to assume here, and let's take 50k bloodpoints as the price of one level 50 clearance, at least it takes about so for me on average if I don't go for ultra rares (and we are going only for the perks, therefore we buy common stuff to get to the next bloodweb level as soon as possible). So, one level 50 clearance = 50k bp. And level 50 gives you two perks per level.
Now let's count how many perks we actually need to unlock. There are 27 survivors in the game and 95 survivor perks. To unlock all the perks for just one character it would take 95*3 = 285 perk purchases in bloodweb. You get 59 perks upon arriving to level 50, and then you will have to clear level 50 (285-59)/2 = 113 times. Therefore you have to spend 1500k for getting to level 50 + 113*50k for clearing that level 50 113 times. 1500 + 113*50 = 7150k bloodpoints, or just a bit over 7 million. That's what fully unlocking one character would take, but we have 27 survivors, so in total we will have to grind for 27*7150k = 193050k, or just about 193 million bloodpoints. Yes, one hundred ninety three million bloodpoints to unlock all perks for all survivors.
But hey, you like to play killer too, don't you? Well, the game has 24 killers and 84 killer perks, therefore for one killer you have to unlock 84*3=252 perks in the bloodweb. The same way we get 59 perks until level 50 and then we will take level 50 (252-59)/2=96.5 times, requiring 1500k + 96.5*50k = 6325k bloodpoints, or a bit over six million for one killer. For all 24 killers you have to spend 24*6325k = 151800k, almost 152 million bloodpoints.
In total to unlock all the perks for every character you have to grind for about 345 million bloodpoints, without extra addons and prestiges. How much is that? Now here it would take a lot of assumptions and "averages" to calculate how much time it would take to grind for that sum, so I will stop here.
So, what do you think about it? Is 345 million bloodpoints too much?

Nah bro, 345 million is fine.
Just watch me grind that in one day.

I've always hated the Korean MMO-style grind for content that is largely paid for. Grind for the privilege of using the product you paid for! Great friggin idea.

Do some math on average BP gain per unit of time. The raw amount of BP is meaningless by itself. I will say, though, that you're unlocking everything and essentially being done with the game, so it's normal that it'll take a long time.

If you play a lot you will get all perks on all characters. For people who does not play that much they could just focus on unlocking the best perks by get to lvl 40 on those characters and then just pour everything on one main survivor and/or a main killer. You want more well you need to play more, it's not that unfair really.

Where can I find info on how much bp is earned per hour of gameplay on average? This seems pretty complicated to calculate.
