they say they buffed pyramids ass (i think) in the latest patch notes, but looking in game it looks even flatter than before. can someone help with this

He is not anyway sexual in nature he is a reflection of a desire for self punishment and relates to murder, there were plenty of reflections of repressed sexual urges in silent hill and phead wasn't one of them.

You can recognize original Pyramid Head by his quad shaped pyramid.
Non-original Pyramid Head (used in movies and other Silent Hill games) always has that pointy Pyramid.
