No, camping killers every game every time MMR is on lol. I’d genuinely consider quitting if MMR becomes permanent if it stays this bad, which it probably will since it’s been tried 100 times and had major issues every time.

I don't see much difference tbh. I get very different games and people are either skilled or not. Just like before.

i havent tested it for killer yet but for survivor, yes I'm enjoying it because, most of the mistakes i see my teamates do are mistake i tend to make myself. most killers i got tunnel/camp strategically and are a bit too good for my skill level but whatever it dosent bother me.
