Who do you think the next killer will be?
Because of the old TV scene what immediately came to my mind was “Poltergeist” when the little girl stares at the TV and says “They’re heeeeere!”.
I got a good feeling it’s “The Beast” from Poltergeist! That white phantom monster. I’d be surprised if it wasn’t. I remember watching that movie with my parents. My parents said it came out in the 80s before I had been born, and the TV shows the time in the late 80s. The villain was a cult leader that got a bunch of followers and himself killed. His ghost amassed lots of power through his followers’ demise, and it became a super powerful phantom (The Beast). It had to travel through electronic devices to get around. It could communicate through televisions or psychics (The little girl). It could conjure up monster forms to attack people, raise the dead, bend the general space, and rally other spirits to join in it’s evil agendas. It desired to pull souls towards the other side instead of the “light” so that it’s empowered even further. It hates the “Light” as much as The Entity does. Perhaps The Entity could make The Beast an emissary, or strike an agreement of some kind that they can pull more victims into the realm. Win-win. The new level would be the actual haunted house from Poltergeist! The huge house itself along with the huge backyard area! Remember the swimming pool scene with the skeletons?? I do!
Why do I think this? Because we haven’t had a “phantom” killer since “The Spirit”, and everyone is tired of Nurse/Spirit. Every new killer so far has been humanoid. Trickster being the most human of all, which many people dislike. Adding another non-human, or ghost type killer would be like fresh air.

Was this confirmed without a shadow of a doubt? Because the TV with static looks exactly like the one from Poltergeist, and Poltergeist also came out in the 80s.

The Billibilli leak basically confirmed that it's Pinhead. There's no way it isn't, unless the devs want to get into a huge ****storm (and possibly legal trouble).

This is a scene from the original 1987 film Hellraiser, I directly took like.... nine screenshots in order to get this photo, but you can see how pretty similar they are, heck. Even the TVs are pretty close

Oh without a doubt they will be in severe legal issues for doing something like that, so it's still kinda jarring to see some people say that they think that Bhvr is just trolling us

This chapter deserved to be Candyman, I long to have a hook in my hand to wound survivors, but to have Pinhead and not Candyman, this is war.

The TVs do look very similar. The TV looks similar to the one in Poltergeist too. The only reason I don’t want Hellraiser is because he’d be another humanoid type. A male Plague. Tall asf for no reason lmso. I want a monstrous, non-human killer. A ghost specifically. The Nurse, and Spirit are the only ghosts. Wraith has the power of a ghost, but is still humanoid. Too much human. Not enough monster. 😂

You know that is pretty fair, but I think of him as a monster, he's demon... or an angel if... you like pain....
He doesn't act like a person and it can be rather scary at times, but yeah I get what you mean.
His actions truly depict him as a monster and I hope Bhvr can uphold that haha. Maybe we'll get Samara some day soon

I understand your pain, I truly do. But, think of it like this: Candyman was teased around the same time Pinhead was, around 14 months ago and they have been in development since and that's just for Pinhead.
Can you imagine how crazy Candyman can truly be when they get released?

Even Nemesis is humanoid. Tyrants are just weaponized humans made via mutation from the T-Virus. They’re technically “human” by default. Not a single non-human/monster as of yet. Demogorgon (Inter dimensional monster). Blight (A man that became a monster). Oni (Rage demon). 🤔

I believe Candyman is coming later after his new movie debuts. Since people today are still quite unaware as to who Candyman is. When Nemesis was selected it wasn’t the original we love, but the new Nemesis wearing a garbage bag with a metal pump in it’s heart. I see the same fate for Candyman. It won’t be Tony Todd, but the new Black guy that apparently gets possessed by Tony Todd (Candyman).

You're correct about Nemesis being human, but that's more like... I'd say a small percentage and that percentage would be the anatomy. But, the slight issue with having a nonhuman monster would be it taking a very scary amount of time, best we can really get is more humanoid shaped or lore described people. A fantastic example would be Pyramid Head, they're not human at all, but they have the anatomy of one

Tony's Character is in the movie, he shows up in a few scenes and speaks in the trailer, but I do see what you mean

they teased us with a 99% chance that it will be pinhead. if its not gonna be him then my dissapointment will be immeasurable and my days will be ruined.
