so... apparently the SBMM think's I'm a "noob"
I have over 1.5k hours in this game, but that has admittedly been dispersed over the years I've been playing (since 2016), so, honestly I feel it has likely rated me based upon my 400-700 hours played since it started tracking us, and as such, I'm willing to forgive it for my recent matches... However... Going exclusively against Noob survivors/killers, feels increasingly insulting even after 20 +matches per side.
Perhaps the SBMM system simply doesn't get me yet, and I will update my level if it improves, but as of this moment... I feel like a real dick, no matter the role I play, and want to apologize to anyone I've outright destroyed tonight.

I think it's also baised off you most played killers from the time the data was collected because I'm going against people way better than me from when I used to main huntress back In 2019 and I've barelly played her since.
But freddy I haven't played since rework and I'm getting people with like 2 perks and a david that instantly used dead hard

The things is there exist 20+ killer, all supposedly with their own mmr.
Plus we don't know for sure since when and how much data behaviour truly collected with all their tries and in the background.
I would simply treat any kind of new mmr as a blank slate to start with and then look again after playing for two or three months.
Also the problem can be that the system works like ranked games in online chess for example were new player start with a ranking of 1500 (the average) and then have either to climb (world pros being at 2500+ in this example) or drop to their rightful place. So the average player might get matched with complet noobs from time to time.

What was the result of the games (how many hooks and sacrifices)?

it seems to think I’m a pro. I keep getting this CLEARLY higher rank survivors and killers. I’m not a higher rank from skill, just from playing lots.

Are you speedrunning a forum ban or something?

Eh, some of the criteria seems to be shaky, I am getting extremely easy survivors who I need to give time to do gens to let them escape. Got my first couple of head pops as Pig in one match. And yet when I play Leatherface, one of my worst killers that I break out for sacrifice challenges; I am having one of the hardest games of my life and needed to literally sweat to get 1 kill. Albeit, I strongly believe one of them was cheating. But even if they weren't, that is almost the proof. They were so ludicrously out of my league on one of my least practiced killers. I still bump into stuff out in the open.
It just doesn't make sense.
