Is it even possible to heal with your clothes ON? I mean that's gotta be impossible by real life standards. This is so sad could we remove clothes for healing pls. To slow the game down just a lil bit

    We Need to nerf healing more. Make all the survivors have to remove their shirts before healing. Self care and when being healed by a teammate

    "To slow the game down" mhm I'm sure game mechanics and realism are the chief concerns here... ;)

    Yup!!! Totally nothing suspicious here!!! Just good ol' balance issues yup. Nothing else!!!

    That won't have any sense then. Why to take off your pants to heal a wound on your back ?
    Your idea isn't bad, but it would heavily influence gameplay, for the killer side. At most, if the want to make the game more realistic, they can make the survivors lift up a bit their tops to heal up, but 1. Topless of "exposed" tops cosmetics (Kate, David) would put the game in a p2w /unfair advantage, and 2. The girls would be more exposed, an possible sensitive point, idk. Also, it wouldn't be nice to have the killer come while healing :))
    And I think the latest updates, with the slower heal and the Mangled effect, plus an quite often Sloppy Butcher showing in matches (my experience) had already slowed the healing enough.
