Currently doing an archive where i have to hit survivors as clown while invigorated. If i use the vhs poon, does hitting the survivor with the yellow antidote count?

You need to hit them while invigorated yes. Purple/yellow is only cosmetic. VHS porn just discourages survivors from running through it since they think its the tonic and not the antidote.
