Will the Stranger things perk still appear in the shrine?

Just wondering if the stranger things perks will be available on the shrine or if they are forever gone never to be seen again.

They stated they will be in the shrine, yes.

They should really add them to the basekit perks. Apparently the shrine is rng, so new players could not get this perks for a long time, if they are unlucky.
