NO perk changes in the latest PTB?
Why???
There are so many useless perks in this game.
Some need a rework badly but nah.
This is a bit concerning?

This is BHVR we're talking about so these things take time.
They might be waiting to tweak or rework perks until after Pinhead is launched successfully. I'd imagine they have to dedicate a lot of resources to fixing his bugs on PTB before pushing him live. Additionally there are rumors that we'll be getting a new original survivor in the next update which would come with three new survivor perks. That could also delay getting perk reworks and changes.

A monsterous shrine change would have been nice. Just the one killer & a Nemesis buff is all we got unfortunately

I don't know if it's an issue with 'the balance team' or somebody up above that isn't letting them do their jobs but there is certainly an issue. Since this has always been an issue I have to assume it goes deeper than a balance team.

They probably will make some perk changes once the chapter goes live, sorta how they did it with Franklin’s in the RE chapter. They should still put them on the PTB though because it can help with feedback but it’s whatever.

I think perk changes were often in the midchapter updates as the chapter updates usually focus on the new stuff..
though we didn’t get any perk changes last midchapter as well….
