Console Lag/Freezes
This is seriously screwing up my ability to function as a killer in this game. Has anything been said about this nonsense from devs?

They just did not care about console players. The fact is they fixed some performance issues (not all, DH, Wraith, Nemesis, ... are still bug on console) after we waited for 6 weeks. Then, they broke it again a week after that. Seriously, what do you expect from them when the next chapter will be released probably in next 3 weeks (then it will be broken again and again)?

The dev team is more than aware and working to find solutions. Been confirmed multiple times. I'm a console player too, so I know how much it sucks. Just gotta wait for them to figure it out

@Pulsar I more than agree. We should not still be having optimization problems at this point. But I've seen multiple devs comment specifically that they are aware and working on the current console freeze issues, so complaining more isn't going to make it any better.
EDIT
Again, I'm talking about THIS specific issue. Not the fact that console has had substandard optimization for years.

Yeah. I know the game is originally intended for pc, but if you're gonna port something to console and take console players' money, then you have an obligation to optimize your game for said consoles. Pc shouldn't take priority like it seems to.

I just had my first crash as so many others have complained about yet I never previously experienced it. So yeah, it's still a Trainwreck over on console. I feel you. Just gotta hang on until another "fix" comes I suppose. :/

The game lags and crashes WAY too much when your playing as killer

I noticed this I started playing a few days ago and I noticed any time the survivors do anything it causes my game to freeze for an amount of time from very short to, I'm in a different place entirely. I've been trying to account for that but one game the generators popped 3 back to back and I didn't even get to use my perk that shows their aura for a few seconds. Kind of wild

It’s not even last gen, Doctor skill checks create massive lag on PS5 now for me. It didn’t used to do that AT ALL.
