What does Behaviour do about hackers exactly?

5 hacker encountered the past couple of weeks about to send the video evidence off to player support(this doesn't include the hackers I recognize and then dodge the lobby for) and all I'm going to get is the same copy paste answer that I got for all my other reports.

I consistently see the same people doing this mind you, does easy anti cheat not work?it's just getting so frustrating running into these people even after i report them,the video evidence I send should be enough for a ban for life yet they go on playing.

I guess this is more of a vent post but this is getting to be too much.
