Does south america not have servers anymore?

Im from chile and used to get 50-60 ping on my servers but now I constantly get into 180 ping NA lobbies, is there a fix?, are they down right now?
I can only get by by playing killer, cause as survivor i cant stand dying 5 meters away from pallets.
