Nemesis' Zombies Question
Hey, do you think the zombies are just constructs created by the Entity, who saw them in the RE universe and replicated them?
Or are they just some poor individuals, who are super duper, double unlucky, having first fallen victim to a zombie plague, then sucked into the Entity's realm where not even death will release them from being zombies?

That second option is real dark.

It's probably an Entity construct, although your second proposal could be accurate if a couple of zombies wandered into the same fog Nemesis stomped into. At least with the second option those people are already dead prior to being sucked in!
Another proposal could be the Entity found some use for those imprisoned in the Void and 2 were selected and infected with the virus and shoved back into the trials as sub-killers.
