Each you hit a Survivor in Feral Frenzy, The Deep Wound Timer of The next survivor you hitted will decrase 7 second.
(Which means the last survivor you hitted in Feral Frenzy will down immediately)

You got the right idea, because it is bad right now, but an instant down is too much for Legion. Maybe halving the Deep Wound timer would be better.
