Underrated or Overrated Opinion? Starstruck is Good.

I've found Starstruck to be an extremely invigorating perk to run in comparison to many other Exposed-inflicting perks (get out of here with NOED). I've liked the way it works since its release, and despite having a lengthy cooldown of one whole minute, oftentimes when I use it I find Survivors are unaware that just being in my Terror Radius allows me to pull an insta-down on them. They're totally unsuspecting. Of course, I haven't experimented too much with the perk, but my general experience has been that it is a pretty unexploitable perk with a significant benefit to Killers whose general playstyles rely on frequently downing and/or slugging Survivors (I don't slug myself, per se, but it's just a conclusion I've drawn). Yet I'm curious, as this is just my experience... how do we all perceive Starstruck? I'm looking forward to hearing opinions below. I do genuinely think it is a viable perk in many situations, albeit not one outright broken or aggressive.

What do you think?

It's kinda category B perk. Not useless, not very useful. The most value of it you can get on killers able to find exposed survivors, like all-seeing Wraith, Doc and Renjiro Oni. In any other case it is mostly guaranteeing that survivors won't pop gens in your face while you are hooking.

The only time i am cautious against starstruck is against a nurse, a hag and a spirit. Against other killers im confident that i will outlast 30 seconds without a hit or they cant use a basic attack.

I never got downed with starstruck, but i only played against it around 10 times.

Underrated, completely shuts down any altruistic play, amazing on nurse.

I'd say its pretty decent. Its really good on some killers, and really meh on others. Killers with great mobility like spirit, nurse, and hag absolutely destroy with starstruck, but killers like freddy, doc, slinger, see much less use out of it. It also certainly doesn't help that its reliant on TR, so killers with smallers terror radi will see little use out of it. overall i think it makes already strong killers stronger, but doesn't see too much use on a pretty large amount of the cast. Its good, just not great.
