Doctor pallets go away when you get close enough, Freddy pallets you have to throw down before you know it's fake.

These ones slow the survivor down for a bit, since they're locked into animation when dropping the fake pallet.

Freddie's fake pallets are better cause they don't disappear when survivors get to them mid chase. Easy down for the killer.

Freddy's fake pallets are better since Doctor's fake pallets just disappear when survivors get close to them.

Freddy cause they dont disapear but mostly they lock the surhivor in an animation, so its like à small stun for à free hit

Freddy not only has control over when they appear, but where they appear too. He can make safe loops suddenly much less safe by placing a fake pallet on the other side of the loop, confusing the survivor as to which one is real. Docs pallets can literally appear directly infront of you and dissapear if you get to close. They aren't convincing.
