But, 15, from red ranks, are you just going to let everyone go? Because the skill difference would be large.

There's no need to depip that low. Purple or even green ranks is more than enough. And instead of going AFK, why not use the opportunity to practice a killer you're not good at? Just focus on chases instead of gens and kills. That way you're not completely wasting your time and everyone else's time.

I literally said I'm not doing it to stomp noob players. I get 4ks at rank one all the time but I have to sweat, use the exact same stuff over and over and its not fun at all. I want games to be more chill

Just smurf and rotate between the two or more profiles, use it as a chance to do fun builds and play more chill. A main and an alt is enough but 2 or 3 alts is fine too if you don't mind the grind or can play perkless.

Why don't you just play chill at rank 1 until you derank to a spot you can chill and still have fun ? (usually in green ranks which is not far away from red ranks)

You can call it however you want, but the truth is that you dont belong in lower ranks if you are able to 4K all the time at rank 1. Simple as that.
If you want chill games, then play chill and give a #########. What makes you think it is fine that weaker players should be paired with you?

To be completly honest with you - i dont think you are as good as you think you are if you think rank 1 is a big deal.
