Does Power Struggle help with Rescue Mission?

Another thread mentioned that if you stun a killer with Power Struggle (perk that lets you drop a pallet and free yourself at 25% wiggle progress) that it helps you make progress with Rescue Mission (achievement where you pallet save a survivor from killer 5 times). I tried it and got myself free once but I didn't see any progress in the achievement.

Is Power Struggle supposed to help with that achievement or not?

    Yup. I recommend Unbreakable, Tenacity, Power Struggle and Flip Flop for creating Pallet Traps in the Killer is distracted from picking you up.

    PS: There may be a lil problem counting up the pallet smacks, its a bug. But keep at it.

    Actually, after another game, the counter went up. For some reason, there was a lot more lag updating this achievement than the rest of the achievements I've been working on recently so I just thought it didn't count.

    Yea steam likes to take its sweet time updating achievement counters most of the time
