Expo cosplayer cosmetic doesn't play audio ingame

What's weird is that it plays the affected audio in the store so when I bought it, It didn't change the voice at all. I bought the torso only since that was the cosmetic piece that supposedly played the audio but nothing happened. It's still the same.

yeah no im like 99.9% sure it was the mask that changed the voice

It changes to the voice in the torso when I toggled it in the store when I bought the torso cosmetic. I think it's just really bugged.
