Secondary Objective -- Shrines to the Entity

This Halloween event has shown that adding a secondary objective in addition to the generators is a great idea. However, milking these plants doesn't help survivors in the game and has caused killers to have an easy time of it.

So what if instead of these plants, there were 4 shrines to the entity where you can worship -- one for each survivor. By worshipping at these shrines, you remove a penalty that you receive to start the match and receive a random gift and bloodpoints -- maybe a 25 percent bonus for the match.

One idea for the penalty could be 1 of your perks selected randomly each match cannot be used until you worship at a shrine.

Some ideas for the gifts could be the next time you're hooked there's no sacrifice progression for 30 seconds, the next time you're in a chase leave no scratch marks for 1 minute, all of the killer's perks are deactivated for 45 seconds, the next time you're in the killer's terror radius his aura is revealed for 10 seconds.

This objective wouldn't be mandatory so you could choose to ignore it, but you would be handicapped for the match and miss out on bloodpoints and a cool gift from the entity.

    You shouldn't implement a thing that forces the killers to waste their time.

    The objectives need to be something that survivors have to do.. games go by to fast causing the "power role" to not have enough time to get going... the event has show that additional objectives will be good they  just need to tie into the main objective some how.. the reason why killers are having easy games is simply because the plants are not intertwined with the gens and survivors end suicideing to move on to another game because survivors want the free cosmetics as well

    I would be ok for some other optional objective to be added, I had some fun while farming vials. But I don't know if it would feel the same way. First of all, I dislike the idea of survivors having perks removed by this. It has to be something optional, you should not be forced to go for that, if you don't feel like it. As long as there is not something that takes a perk out of the killer's pool as well, this is not a good idea. The whole thing around farming cankers is that they give you free stuff. I was thinking about optional objectives that would take the same amount of time as these cankers, but could perhaps earn you some Iridiscent Shards. I'd say something between 250 to 500 shards. The rewards would be based on the time spent harvesting that very same objective, meaning that two survivors harvesting together, from the beggining until the end, would earn the same "points", while you woulnd't earn as much if you started harvesting it in the last few seconds.

    Killers, or better, players who can put good map pressure will not really have a hard time. Time is enough, you just have to put it to good use.
