What would you say is a game accurate Leon build?

What I mean by game accurate is RE. My RE accurate build is Flashbang, Bite The Bullet, Self-Care, and Decisive Strike.

I'll do a Jill one later but I just got her P3 last night and have to get her up to level 50 with Nemesis and Leon.

    If its RE accurate, make sure its all perks that are beginner perks due to this being his first day on the job

    on my leon i use flash bag sometimes blast mine couse looking at whole RE series thier character are fighters so i feel those perks fit him well
