Is there going to be a key rework?
I heard awhile back that keys were supposed to be getting reworked, and they still haven't been. Is this still true?

I hope the rework is "Keys will now only work for the survivor who uses it."
And that's it.
The issue with Keys is that you can make Survivors escape with everyone still alive without finishing generators.
It's why it feels especially unfair. Since if you do close it, now the exit gates are open.
No, Keys should just allow that one survivor to escape and then done
It shuts back up and the generators aren't powered. It's a selfish escape.

If I remember right, they said something about making both features basekit if something along the lines of that, I can't remember. As a reward for doing well in the match.

It won't fix much, people will still dodge keys since they will remain unfair.

Are they, though? IMO they are currently very much not worth the bloodpoints spent.

That's the core issue with keys though. It is a free escape. And unless the devs change that core mechanic it's not going to change much.
But limiting how unfair it can be is definitely the best way to do it without making them basically unusable.
