Almost unplayable on Xbox One

Slowly but surely this game has been dying for me. I don't mean mmr or unbalance, I mean I physically can't play it. I play on Xbox one where random freezes has become the norm. There are several killers I just can't play because of the freezing. I want to play like the streamers I watch, they look like they're having a lot of fun. I can't, the reality is that because I can't drop 800 dollars on a new console I am being left behind. These complaints are pretty common for last gen guys like myself. But nothing is being done to fix this and make things playable again. Whenever I try survivor I freeze whenever I use and exhaustion perk, everyone knows about console dead hard. But when I try using lithe I just stand still right after vaulting the window.

So serious question, should I just uninstall? There is likely not going to be anything done to fix this. I've played for 2 1/2 years and its been fun but its more of a hassle than entertainment at this point.

    I play on xbox one and although it has it's moments the issues haven't been the worse for me, definitely not like how they were prior to the 'fixture' they released.

    Sprint burst works really well for me as an exhaustion perk, doesn't freeze or anything.

    If for you it's as bad as you say it is and you're here on the forums saying about it then yeah maybe uninstall until updates provide fixes for the issues over the coming future.

    I feel your pain. As for uninstalling, you should prolly only do that if you're dead-ass convinced it'll never improve to what is acceptable to you. Sounds like you're close to that point right now.

    Regarding exhaustion perks try sb, it doesn't freeze. Bl also works.

    For killers we are even more limited unfortunately. I wish I could play Myers properly again but I really can't if I am going to freeze at crucial moments.

    I am on ps4 but I think our issues are pretty similar.


    If the game is still too frustrating after limiting yourself as much as you can, then playing other games is the best option if you want to keep your sanity. And see if they deliver on things they are promising. Bhvr I mean. They promised some fixes.

    I hear ya. I especially don't feel like going and getting a newer console considering this is literally the only game I play that has trouble running on last gen
