A hex totem utilizing the power of confusion to disturb the Survivors' actions.

  • For every 60/45/30 seconds a Hex Totem is currently not being cleansed, the Totem will relocate to a different, random part of the map entirely.
  • While cleansing a Hex Totem, an illusion of the Killer and their Terror Radius will appear in order to try and get you off of the Totem. These disappear after 10 seconds of stopping your cleanse.
  • While an illusion is active, the Killer is granted the Undetectable Status Effect for 15 seconds.
  • If an illusion hits a Survivor, the Survivor's Aura is revealed to the Killer for 8 seconds, but the Survivor receives no damage from the illusion.

Cleansing a Hex Totem does not stop the timer. If you stop cleansing, the Hex Totem will relocate to another area entirely.
