It would be kinda op if it did. If this was an ultra rate add on then it would be fine

Given that it's PH's primary attack, that would basically mean that everyone is always tormented and your skill at evading his trails doesn't matter.

It's 100% avoidable, you just don't play those tiles.

You do realise you're talking about PH, right? The smart play is to litterally never play tiles like what I saw in that clip. The Survivor *waited* at the tile - that is the worst thing to do agaisnt a killer who can hit you through any obstacle.

Tiles like that, you don't play. You try to trick the killer*. What you do is run past them til the PH is right on you, then you go for a little mindgame and hope they fall for it. Usually that entails faking a vault or pallet drop, but swerving aside at the last second. Or a double fake where you pretend to have faked it too early but actually you do vault/drop. Or in the case of pallets, you just run right through and take a sharp turn. Or you can run close to one wall as the killer lines up a shot and either do a little shimmy to the side, or fake it.

In none of those scenarios do you get tormented.

Edit: *trick the killer, and then leave the tile while holding some more W.

His Trails would be useless then, and people would be tormented 100 % of the time.

Then survivors would be tormented all the time. I don't find it difficult to torment a survivor. Just leave a trail when your looping someone.
