MULTIPLE SPIRIT AUDIO BUGS/SPIRIT CAN'T HEAR FOOTSTEPS WHILE PHASING

  • Character played : The Spirit
  • Perks played : Any Perks
  • Map : All of the maps
  • Frequency of the issue : It happens in all of the matches

Since the Mid Chapter 20.5 that made changes to the DBD audio system, the killer "The Spirit" is suffering from several bugs related to audio, such as:

  • The Spirit cannot hear footsteps while phasing.
  • If a survivor starts running after The Spirit starts phasing, you won't be able to hear their grass moving sound.
  • If an injured fully heals while you're phasing, you will still hear their injured noises even after they're fully healed and even if they have Iron Will Equipped.
  • If a running survivor stops holding the "Shift Key" and then hold it again, their panting breathing will be replaced by the idle breathing sound - even if they're running.
  • The Spirit is not able to hear survivors falling sound while phasing.
  • The Spirit is not able to hear survivors feet hitting the ground after they slow vault a pallet or a window during while phasing.
  • The Spirit is not able to hear survivors feet hitting the ground when they drop from any height or their falling sound if they have the perk Iron Will equipped.
  • The Sloppy Butcher blood dripping effect persists in The Spirit POV even after she starts phasing.

As a result of all of those bugs, it's way harder than before to track healthy survivors by audio and impossible to track Iron Will survivors by audio, you literally can't hear anything.
