Name: The Terrifier
Weapon: Flail (A wooden handle with leather straps attached with Scalpels, Razor blades, syringes, scissors, etc.)
Power: Insidious Influence:
Insidious influence: You're a force to be reckoned with, an unstoppable beast, a monster who won't stop until you rip and tear into every one of your victims. You are also patient and a silent killer.
SPECIAL ABILITY:
- Once no survivors can see you, Press and hold the Power Button to enter Ghost Mode for 1 minute.
- In Ghost Mode, you are invisible and granted the Undetectable
- Status Effect, and revive a 15% speed boost.
- Once you find a place, press the Power Button to exit Ghost Mode. You can only exit ghost mode if survivors can't see you.
- Once you exit ghost mode, you have no terror radius until a survivor sees you. Then, the power goes on a 90 second cooldown.
- If a survivor can see you while the timer runs out, you end up back in your original location.
Perks:
Cat And Mouse Games: You are smart as a snake and able to predict your prey with sinister precision.
When a survivor while injured enters a locker, their aura is revealed to you, and you are granted the Undetectable Status Effect for the next 12/14/16.

Relentless: Determination and bloodlust burn in a fiery rage in your body, you overwhelm your victims with your psychopathy and burning tenacity for bloodshed.
Upon gaining Bloodlust Tier 3, the survivor you are chasing suffers from the Hindered Status Effect (5/10/20% Speed penalty,) and can not Vault Pallets or Windows.

Hex: Brutal Panache: You don’t immediately plow through every one of your victims, you are patient, methodical, and somehow entertain yourself with your masochistic brutality.
When you’re stunned in any way by a survivor, (Except for flashlights) You gain a Token.
- 3 Tokens, you gain the Undetectable Status Effect.
- 6 Tokens, Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect.
- 9 Tokens, You are granted the ability to kill all survivors by your own hand.
Survivors cleanse totems 15/20/25% slower.

Dawn’s Demise (Hacksaw)
Lore:
On a dark, somber, and chilly Halloween night, a man known only as Art the Clown puts on his makeup. He’s getting ready for a special night, a night that will echo throughout history as the bloodiest, most grizzly, and most terrifying Halloween night in the world. He puts together his flail and collects his weapons and puts them in a black plastic bag to carry with him.
THE MILES COUNTY MASSACRE
Two drunk girls, Tara Hayes and Dawn are walking to their car, they see Art the Clown carrying his bag and Tara is immediately seeing the red flags as Dawn plays it off like a joke. The girls go to a pizzeria to sober up. Art follows them into the pizzeria and sits down at the other side of the restaurant, leering at them. Tara again is the only one freaked out, especially when he gets a ring from a gumball machine and puts it on her finger. Art is kicked out for the restaurant, and once the girls leave, he carves the owner’s face like a jack o’ lantern. One of the employees, Ramone, sees his boss’s remains and tries to run, only to get his fingers chopped off by a cleaver. As he screams in pain, Art stabs him in the face several times, mutilating him.
Tara and Dawn go back to their car to find their tires slashed, so they call their sister Victoria to come pick them up. While waiting in the car, Tara has to go to the bathroom, so she heads to a building with a man outside. She asks to use the bathroom and he initially refuses since he isn’t allowed to let people inside, but after some persuasion, lets her enter. He tells her he’s an exterminator trying to get rid of rats in the building, so Tara tries to make it quick. Dawn while waiting in the car hears a radio broadcast about the murders in the pizzeria, as she processes how close to death she was, Art enters the car and takes her. Tara, while heading back to the car, sees Art covered in blood and runs away from him. After stabbing her in the ankle, he injects her with a sedative and she falls asleep.
Tara wakes up somewhere in the building tied to a chair, gagged with duct tape. Art the Clown sees her wake up, and taunts her, threatening to decapitate her. Art stops, then grabs a hacksaw to walk to the sheet hanging up in front of Tara. Then Art pulls it away to reveal Dawn strung upside down, also gagged with duct tape. Tara screams in fear, afraid for her friend’s life, but it’s no use as Art saws Dawn down the middle all the way down to the middle of her head.
Tara, enraged by the death of her friend, breaks free and is pursued by Art. After beating him with a wooden plank, he pulls out a handgun and shoots her in the leg, he shoots her again in her side, then goes to finish her, realizing he’s out of ammo. Art gets a spare magazine from his supplies and returns to shoot her several times in the head. Art the Clown looks over to see a middle-aged woman staring at him. Who then flees. Mike, the exterminator is doing his job, as the woman runs to him to warn him about the clown, and he threatens to call the cops on her. Mike then hears Victoria calling for Tara, and Mike calls his co-worker Will, to report it. Before he picks up, Art sneaks behind Mike and knocks him out with a hammer, and destroys the phone.
Victoria discovers Dawn's body, then runs away, only to discover the scalped body of the woman who warned Mike. Art then chases Victoria and she hides in a locker until Art leaves to take care of Mike’s co-worker, Will. Victoria finds her sister's body, and collapses into tears. She’s heartbroken and remorseful for her death and doesn’t see it when Art the Clown sneaks up behind her and slashes her with his flail, right before killing her, Mike knocks Art out and calls the police. As they both try to escape, Mike gets knocked to the ground and gets his head crushed under Art’s shoe. Victoria escapes, only to get run over by a truck driven by Art. As he steps out, he starts to eat her face. The police arrive and try to arrest Art, only for him to turn around with his gun in his mouth, and pull the trigger.
After being carried to the morgue, the coroner opens his bag, then the dark power of The Entity echoes throughout the room, flickering the lights and pulsing Art back to life. After the lights stop flickering, Art the Clown, the Terrifier, Strangles the coroner to death.
Then, a thick black fog surrounds the room, it feels cold, and gloomy, yet strangely welcoming, he hears screams and finds himself in a world surrounded with rusty meat hooks, stained with dry blood. As he hears distant footsteps of his panicked prey, he grins.
Mori Ideas
1: Pulls a gun from his ankle and shoots the Survivor in the leg, then the side, and then unloads the mag on their face.
2: Stabs the Survivor in the top of the head with one knife, and with a hacksaw, decapitates the survivor.
3: Wails on the Survivor with the fail, then stops their head in.
Skin ideas:
1: Prestige skin would of course be him covered in blood, but he should have the bullet wound in the back of his head.
2: The Ninth Circle Art.

I might update this sculpt to add the bullet hole. 😉. Thanks and your complete concept for the Terrifier would be soo awesome to have. He’s not main stream , but I believe ALL horror fan would think this movie is an instant cult horror classic. I can’t wait for the sequel!!

I'm not sure the power is the right fit for Art. The killer you're describing is something that would apply to a literal ghost or demon, not a killer clown. I think something more reasonable would be for him to have some things to do with his brutalising of victims and maybe taunting them.
Here's a quick idea i thought of:
Like maybe he can place taunts (like i.e. mangled cats or corpses or whatever) around as traps that make survivors scream or some other effect, perhaps building up a terrified meter. He could then brutalise them when terrified, like maybe doing some unique mori animation that makes the survivor lose a hook state, or become broken or something and then get a massive speed boost away from him.

The sculpture is really well made and the lore is intriguing and thrilling, but I'm afraid these are the best parts of this concept. The power sounds like a weaker version of the Spirit, and the perks aren't that good. The Hex is a weaker Devour Hope, Relentless would almost never see use since people almost never see Bloodlust 3 and Cat N Mouse Games doesn't really work- you can't see Auras in Lockers or Survivors who are in Lockers.
There's real potential for this concept however- if there was a power focused more on "...an unstoppable beast, a monster who won't stop until you rip and tear into every one of your victims." it would be better. A brutal and violent sadist doesn't sound like the type to sneak around. The perks would only need some tweaking but the ideas aren't bad. I'd like to see where this goes.

I like the idea, but Art IS a ghost demon kind of guy. In All Hallow's Eve, he LITERALLY comes out of the TV. And the sneakiness is something I've seen in both movies. He sneaks behind Tara and stabs her in the ankle and behind Will the exterminator to stab him in the top of the head. Also... He literally swallows his gun (aka: kills himself) And wakes up back in the morgue to choke out the coroner. So he seems pretty demonic to me, ngl. Thanks for the criticism though! :D

Thanks for the criticism. I was thinking the aura would be shown anyways. I do think he sneaks around a lot. He snuck up on Tara, Will the exterminator, Mike the Exterminator, come to think of it, even Dawn, and the costume designer in All Hallow's Eve. I just thought he seemed unstoppable bc of his ability to get stabbed in the foot, the eye, and wake up after killing himself. IF you wanna talk more about it, add me on discord.
