Would you rather have more killers/survivors or more time spent on game health?
So with the Cenobite causing disconnections from the server and the RPD map being disabled (again), it feels like they're rushing out new content without taking enough time to make sure it works. I know some people have been advocating for spacing chapters out a little more to prevent issues like these and work on game balance. But I'd like to get the community's opinions on it. What do you think?

2 new killers/survivors/maps per year, rest of the time spent on balance/bugfixes
I think even just 2 new chapters a year would suffice on the condition they were really well desgined and a lot more focus was put into optimising the game.

4 new killers/survivors/maps per year, as it is now
Obligatory "the people that are making new killers aren't the same people killing bugs, get this through your thick fkn skulls"
Concept artists, writers, sound designers, music people, animators, voice actors / actresses, the artists that make 3D models for characters / assets / maps, etc. These guys don't have a SINGLE THING to do with the the balance / maintenance of the game.
These guys aren't the ones fixing the bugs you encounter in-game, so please tell me how you expect to give more time to the programmers / maintenance people to fix bugs by cutting down on the work artists have to do on the dev team.
I've been waiting for 5 years for a real answer to this question because people continue to insist on repeating this same tired poll.

It's quite simple really. Each new killer, survivor, map, cosmetic, that comes out has its own set of bugs and exploits that need to be patched. Fewer new things = fewer bugs that need to be fixed. Yes, it's a different team doing the fixes, but it still happens within the same 3-month timeframe.
Pushing the Cenobite out so fast means the programmers are split between fixing the bugs with the RE chapter and fixing the bugs with the Hellraiser chapter. I get the impression that there wasn't time to do enough internal testing on the Cenobite before he hit the PTB, which led to the infinite chain bug that made playtesting against him pretty much impossible, which meant there were things that didn't get tested thoroughly enough before being pushed to live servers. Not to mention each new patch causes weird unrelated problems (like Executioner's M2 animation bug) that need to be fixed.
In addition, it's harder to balance gameplay when new perks/addons/powers are being added so quickly.
tl;dr give the fix team more time to fix things and the playtesters more time to playtest things, even if that means the design team has to chill for a bit

No new killers/survivors/maps, the game has enough for now and needs to focus on balance/bugfixes
We need an Operation Health period like they did with with Rainbow Six Siege a few years back. Just a pause on content drops so the devs on that game could just focus their resources on improving the core play experience.

I think 2 a year would be plenty. Right now we have so many killers and survivors that we don't need to add 4 a year.
If it's a "what about all these people in the art department, we hired enough for 4 chapters a year" maybe cut back on art department to have enough for 2 chapters a year and move the budget that will now be available to hire more to focus on game health.

The game is too busted and after the disaster of the RE chapter and the ST license falling through, I'm disillusioned to licensed content. I'm happy with all of the characters we have right now. There isn't enough variety in perks or killer gameplay to warrant even more.
But there are enough consistent issues across all platforms to warrant rebuilding the game. Besides, why would I want more DLC if the game is just gonna break again and forget I even have it?
