Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.

I've managed to get 2 million bloodpoints going from Iridescent 4 on either side to Iridescent 1.

One of the things I was most excited about this update was the bloodpoint rewards at the end of every season. Meaning that there would be an incentive to increaese your grade at the end of every month.

I am however extremely disappointed you get 500k bloodpoints max for both sides if you reach Iridescent 1.

At the start of this new ranking system, I was already at Iridescent 4 on either side since I've been playing on and off for the past couple of weeks. And I've mostly been stable there since I don't really play to pip up that much.

But now that there are grades, I am incentivized to play while pipping up.

But because of that, I have gained 4x the amount of bloodpoints by just playing Survivor and Killer than I would otherwise if I had gotten to Grade Iridescent 1. Soooo... What's the point of the rewards? Why can't it be larger?

I would take it being 1 million each because the amount of grinding you do in DBD is still ridiculous. There is absolutely no point in trying to get Grade Iridescent 1 especially when you play normally and get a lot more.

Sure, you may not pip up every game, but you still gain a significant amount of BP just playing to get to that grade.

Is this BHVR saying "Well, if you reached this grade, you probably have enough to level up or prestige a character anyways!"?

Come on BHVR... Just something more. 500k BP for Iridescent 1 is not worth the effort. It's laughably bad considering this is a MONTHLY reward you get for playing the game pretty much nonstop (considering you get reset to Ash IV anyways).
