Here is a quick Fix if you're on Steam. (with family share)
So if you're doing two accounts or so (Like me for example) And you noticed you don't got the killers or survivors unlocked and they are "Yet Again" Behind a Paywall. Here's what chu do.
1: When you go to the store in dbd. hover over Any character you already had unlocked before (in my case. All of em...)
2: You'd want to go Buy the Dlc in general (Not just the character,) and it should bring you to the store page.
3: Just click exit on the Purchase and go back to the menu. Ta daaa. you got your killers / survivors back =D

It works for some people and not for others sadly, definitely worth trying though. We've had a couple of discussions on the forum about this in the last day or two.

Really? It only took me acouple attempts, very odd.
Also another step is to try and turn off Family share for Both accounts. then re-enable them and doing these steps again. might be a fix aswel..

If this really fixes it. I do have a steam account but I don't have a PC as well. Welp hope this works.
