Grades have nothing to do with Matchmaking. And since you cannot see their SBMM-Rating nor yours, how do you come to the conclusion that they exploit something?

Grades or SBMM...doesnt matter. i would bet you the ash grade... dropped them to tier 2 killers

Maybe don't call it a matchmaking exploit??? I doubt Survivors are queuing up knowing they're going to be getting a Killer who will struggle against them.
Call for matchmaking changes all day long, but let's not point fingers and say someone is using exploits without clear proof.

You're gold which places you at purple ranks in the old system. Are you saying you never faced red rank survivors as a purple rank killer?

Yup, unfortunately it was existing with the old matchmaking system and it will exist with the new one aswell : PPL will derank on purpose to face easier opponents and troll them.
Got one SWF (they had gamer tag) doing it against me as a killer. They were trolling the whole trial, reported them all.
And got some killers doing it to, ruining our game and our time.
Honestly, BHVR, you know how things go, you exactly know how toxic DbD has become and you can clearly say who is toxic and who is not. I mean, some players surely have a huge amount of report for trolling and toxicity.
And yes, you surely have some players that are reported because they are too good, but some players have hundred of pages of bad comments on their steam profile (for toxic behavior).
I'm sure there are players that get reported like 80% of the trials they play.
- Why are they still allowed to play ?
- Why don't you ban def those players ?
- Do you think it's healthy for the game ?
Doing nothing is like encouraging it. And adding a chat filter does nothing. So you have two solutions :
- Either you take strong decisions, you prove to the community that we can count on you and you HWID ban them.
- Either you implement a toxic rating system where we players are rating other players, giving them a toxic grade. You allow everyone to see the toxic grade of all players in the lobby (survivor & killer) and you let us the choice to play or not with a toxic player with a bad grade.

It's not exploiting, my friends and I have been getting ash grade survivors all day along with ash killers while we are all red grade. Needless to say we won at least 10 in a row and never faced better killers. Meanwhile I am a rank 1 killer stomping ash ranks all night and I have yet to face a decent team. The game is matching me up with people that literally have one hour and it is so unfair for them. SBMM is a mess atm...
