Survivors are really up in the air it could be anyone more or less and I find the killer ones more intresting so Im only gonna guess them. Trickster is my first guess because he seems to be pretty well liked by the skins department and would be pretty easy to make one for. Oni is my 2nd guess because he is pretty popular to be played killer and his doesnt seem too hard to make. IF they make another liscenced one I would have to guess Pyramid Head (would have guessed everyones favourite puppy but R.I.P) since BHVR seems to have pretty free reign over their cosmetics and compared to Pinhead, who is brand new and there might even be some back stage lisence issues with his Set coming out without a head and removal of the voiclines, or Nemesis who has 1 appearance and no original skins. Twins have the slight issue of there only being 3 people who play them so they are very unlikely imo and Slinger I just cannot think of a good design for him like maybe a cowboy hat of flesh or his body wrapped in chains. My guess is Trickster Oni and Slinger/Pyramid Head depending if they are making a liscenced one.

Right, forgot that licensed characters can get blighted skins.
I'm gonna go with three killers since that's what they tend to do.
Pyramid head, Twins, and Nemesis. I would love to see a blighted Nemesis come at me with full force. Would be terrifying.

I am pretty sure Ghostface got a blighted skin because they only had the rights to use the mask and the killer is actually an original character. Highly doubt we get another licensed one.
And yeah, Trickster and Oni are the safe bets. More or less for the reasons you stated.

Didn't the blight series event end with the eternal blight? Im pretty sure were getting a new kind of halloween event this year.

Yeah but they also said other event were being cancelled to make the Halloweem and Anniversary better and we still got gilded stampede and anniversary was a straight up Ctrl C Ctrl V soooo.

Trickster is getting one for sure, and they should probably give Oni one considering he's missed out 2 times to my knowledge. Twins probably won't get one because nobody plays them, and it'd probably be difficult to make with Victor not being blighted.
My end guess is Trickster, Oni and Nemesis. Nemesis one is just a hunch, but he's getting a skin at around Halloween time anyway.

IIRC that skin for nemmy is rumored to be legendary which means it will be an entirely different character like Mr X

I just really cant come up with a good idea of what they would do for him. Like maybe have a bunch of chains covering him with blight stuff oozing out or have him look like a block of swiss cheese with bullet holes.

They stated that it revolving around The Blight (the Killer) would end, and no new lore of his would be added. The blight (the flowers) is most likely still going to be a part of the Halloween Event.

My money is on either Deathslinger or Twins. Twins because they're lacking in the cosmetic department and a blighted Victor would be cool to see. Deathslinger just for how long he's been in the game already.

Deathslinger's blighted skin should probably focus on his broken leg and jaw. He also seems like one to incorporate pustula plants into his weapon willingly.

Don't think you guys can use the 'But no one plays them' line for cosmetics, Plague was a recent contest winner for an upcoming future skin no? If anything, giving quality skins to the less played characters might entice people to play them more.

I've always thought you could do something interesting with Slinger's blighted skin by making him not actually blighted.
Like, he's a bounty hunter, so perhaps he's working for Talbot to actually catch all the killers he needs for his experiments? Give him a blight-stained trenchcoat, goggles and a bandana, maybe some small Blight mutation and he's all set.

I doubt it because in that same leak, Cheryl's outfit was claimed to be a Legendary set explicitly. If leakers are capable of identifying what is Legendary and what isn't, the fact that Nemesis didn't have that next to his skin release date is pretty telling.
It'll probably be a BHVR original, is my guess. Blighted or otherwise.

Really hoping for Oni and Deathslinger. I don't see them doing a Blight skin for Twins unless they get over themselves and find a way to have the Blight affect Victor as well. We get it, he's Charlotte's "power" and they don't wanna customize killer powers but they need to make an exception for Twins. So much missed opportunity with their skins because they refuse to customize Victor.

It isn't Legendary, Nemesis is one of the killers who wouldn't make sense with any Legendary skins, as his power is exclusive to him in the Resident Evil series. It would make no sense for Mr X to have a tentacle ability as his only means of attack was punching.

I'm personally hoping for a Nea skin, however so far, the Halloween events seem to have really only focused on killer skins so I won't get my hopes up too much.

To be fair, the Look-See's powers are completely unrelated to The Doctor's powers, so the power not being an exact fit isn't an automatic disqualification. Plus, Nemesis' animations, zombies and general size fit with Mr. X much more than they would for any other killer. I think people can overlook a tentacle.

Honestly i really hope Twins, they don't have many skins and aside from the one with the little coffin, they are just too similar. We need one that make them look different.

Yes but details about it have been leaked, there's probably a certain line of code that tell us the price of the cosmetic, therefore telling us what rarity it is.

I think we'll for sure see a Trickster Blighted Skin, because he's kind of become the new Legion in that he gets cosmetics so damn often.
Apart from that, I doubt we'll see one for Twins because she's rarely played and BHVR wants to get as much money for them as possible.
I feel like Oni has a decent chance, but he's a bit too underplayed which is what lowers his chances I'd say.
Deathslinger is the second most likely choice. He's played pretty often (sadly, because he's misery to go against) and there's potential for something cool there.
I feel like of the licensed Killers, the one we have the highest chance to see a Blighted skin for is Nemesis, what with the recent license and all, and it kind of fitting with him already being something that was experimented on, which is exactly what happens with the Blighted skins. Pinhead is more recent, but I doubt it'd make sense or be very spectacular.
My guesses are Trickster and Deathslinger for sure, and then Oni and Nemesis have a pretty decent chance too.

you can tell which could really the blighted ones except one because the leak is about who is getting an outfit and which date, so you can actually guess

Something for Meg, hopefully. She missed out three years in a row despite being one of the OG four Survivors. Made no sense that Dwight and Claudette showcased for the first event, but Meg did not join Jake in the second one. Then she missed the third one as well.
To my knowledge, nothing has been leaked past Mid Chapter 21, and the Halloween event (assuming there is one this year) is after that.

exactly, halloween event will take part during midchapter which we know the characters getting skins. There is also always a halloween skin in the rift every year
