Rank reset happened and nobody ranked back up since everyone is reset to ash 4?

Supposed to give a bp reward lol. A lot of us were conned out of it just by playing during reset.

There has been a grade reset, that took everyone to Ash IV, as explained here:

Will those of us who never got our rank reset bp due to the after game crash still get it at some point?
