Any word on cross-progression for switch? I know BHVR loves to use the cop-out that "see? this is why we cant communicate timelines, because people get mad when we dont deliver!".
For one part yes, a little but I think I can speak for many when I say that I am more frustrated when you say nothing and just try to ignore the question. I would rather have communication saying, "yeah so its not going to be ready, may have to wait" as soon as you become aware that it will not arrive at the ETA you gave than just have nothing at all.
So yes, I think people will be upset if you set a date and fail to meet it, but I think I prefer that than playing a childish game of "well since you get mad when we cant complete promises I wont make them anymore".
That rant aside, has there been any news on the state of cross progression to switch? I tried to do some research to no avail. Are they trying to hope people forget about it?

They've said they are still working on it on twitter. They have to iron some details with partners, whatever that means idk.

At the end of June the official Twitter answered a question for this, saying that there occurred some unforeseen problems and thus it takes longer than planned. Since then no new updates but just reconfirmation of that info. It is still planned but they haven’t announced anything on what’s taking them so long and how long they estimate it to be..

Bruh pretty sure they forgot about current gen consoles and hoping console players move to next gen

They are still supporting last-gen. And there is also no next gen nintendo console.
That also has nothing to do with cross progression either.
