Hex: Plaything and Twins

Currently my build with Twins is Pop / Thrilling Tremors / Scourge hook:GOP and Corrupt. Generally works well, though i am curious of Hex:Plaything's functionality with Victor's Grunts/TR. There's an add-on that grants oblivious when Victor charge's his pounce, so i am curious if he's also granted it with the Hex in play. But since the only requirement for Hex:Plaything is to hook a survivor, are they also oblivious to Victor in addition to Charlotte? It's essentially a permanent silencing cloth until cleansed, so it's still beneficial regardless to me.

Im quite sure that no perks in the game apply to victor. You can even see this when you switch to him, your perk HUD will disappear indicating the lack of perk functionality on victor. All perk effects apply to charlotte, and never victor.

Yeah, it's weird. He can see discordance noise audio's for example. So thought maybe oblivious would carry over if it was still in play on that one survivor. Ah well, i finally got the perk to appear in the blood web so we'll see if it's decent on Charlotte.

The oblivious status effect prevents them from hearing the killers heartbeat and proximity music, it doesn't apply to victor. That being said it's a good perk to run with them because I can really confuse them.

If you've ever used the undetectable addon for them, Charlotte is actually surprisingly quiet and sneaks up on survivors really well. Plaything is likely quite good on her since she can creep up and get the first hit quite easily, then clean up with victor.
