I wanna main Open Hand, Kindred, and Bond. I wanna use the last slot for BT or Balanced or some perk like Balanced. (I can’t spell exation lol) Should I remove a perk or which perk should I use for the 4th slot? Also before you say anything about the perks I wanna break off from meta builds.

Well thats a team oriented build 100% designed around supplying yourself and your teammates information. I'd say that a good followup to that would be anything like Auto-Didact, We'll Make It. Anything that helps increase your team. Prove Thyself. Leader.

There's lots you can do with that. Kindred and Open Hand unfortunately only really help your team when you're on the hook. But it's still information your team can use

Are you wanting more of an information build or a helping the team build? Spine Chill would work well with an information build. BT is great for team builds, or We'll Make It (like @Impose said). Can't really go wrong though with whatever you choose.

(By the way, you were correct. Open-Handed is Ace's aura-reading extension perk).

That is one of my go-to builds. I use literally whatever as perk 4 - and Exhaustion perk would probably be best, but I like Flashbang.

It's really nice to see everything that's happening around you.

I usually run BT and Balanced but with this build I can’t run both, so what I’m asking is should I remove a perk or what perk should I use for the 4th slot

Um... BT is basically non-negotiable. So I would pick that over Balanced.

If you want off meta. Slippery meat. When you see with all your aura reading that your teammates don't care about you, time to take matters into your own hands.

I said I didn’t want a meta build I don’t mind running meta perks. I really dislike Slippery because chance in DbD is really nothing special. Maybe Deliverance? (If the first part sounded rude it’s not meant to be)

As some who loves Open Handed builds as well, I would suggest Better Together for the final slot. Also might consider dropping Bond for Visionary, since I feel Kindred is good enough on its own.

I was mostly joking. But I do actually run slippery for that reason though, no kap. But generally I feel deliverance would be weak when half your build is committed to hand feeding your teammates info to help you off the hook.

Well that's what I mean. Since you weren't sure on what perk to choose (and left it open to suggestions for other perks), I gave an answer depending on if you want an Information Build or a Team Build. Balanced Landing doesn't synergize as well with your other 3 perks. If you want to do a team based build, go with BT. If you want to do an information build, go with Spine Chill. Both of those would fit in nicely with the other 3 perks you already picked, but for different reasons. Now if you got rid of one of those 3 perks too, well that could change everything. So the easiest is to stick with the OG 3 perks, and pick either spine chill or BT as the 4th based on what you want to accomplish.

ill try Better Together for some matches, but at the higher ranks it’s pretty useless because being together on gens is something that other people say is bad. I don’t like Visionary just because I know where most of the gen locations are.

I would change bond with detective's hunch. Really don't think bond is needed. Then, add bt to the last spot. You have the kindred, get the unhooking perk.

Now, you have knowledge of everything on the map, including totems. Add a map that marks totems for even more efficiency.

I run Dead Hard, personally. I love this build myself, and other such variations such as throwing in Windows of Opportunity.

I made the difficult decision to neglect Borrowed Time. I try to be smart with the aura info from Kindred to make a safe unhook.

Just wanted to say thank you for all the suggestions for perks, all of your suggestions I’m going to try to see which one fits me best. Lots of grinding to be done today.

I would either use Bond or Kindred since both serve a similar purpose. I usually run Open Handed, Bond, Windows of Opportunity and Visionary. All Perks benefit from Open Handed, but instead of Visionary you could use something like We'll make it for fast heals.

Probably Aftercare or something aura related to maximize Open handed.

I'd go with BT still solely because it helps with unhooking while giving the unhooker a chance to flee
