Cheaters are a thing, when they figure out how the cheaters get access to be able to cheat, they block it. Then *real* hackers spend time to find a new way to do it, then sell it to people who want to cheat at video games.
Welcome to the world of Cybersecurity. A never ending cycle of patching exploits and then finding out that the bad guys found a new one.
