Do you face the same killer on the same map often?

I'm sure this is just wild coincidence or something that I just have seared into my mind after over 3k hours, but I feel like when I play survivor on certain maps I play against the same killers a lot.

For instance, I feel like every time I load into Shelter Woods I play against a Mikey. When I load into Groaning Storehouse it's always Trapper. When I load into Rotten Fields, it's Spirit.

Does anyone else feel like they face certain killers on certain maps all the time?

    I feel like they keep giving me certain maps as certain killers, that's for damn sure. My pattern recognition goes crazy from playing this game.

    Well the last time I played (Friday) I got the same Spirit main 3 times (maybe 4).

    Before MMR I would have periods where I had the same killer repeatedly.

    Yes I do, to the point that I wonder if there's not some linkage between killers and certain maps. I see Ghostface and Wraith on Ormond and The Game constantly. I see Trickster on Yamaoka a lot. I rarely get Pig on anything but MacMillan.

    By contrast I've seen Pyramid Head on own his map, Midwich, a grand total of once. Badham? A dozen times.

    I keep getting Swamp when I play Freddy and I hate it. Makes me not wanna play Freddy dev more then his one note power.

    Yes. It seems like everytime I go against Clown it's on Rotten Fields. Wraith, Shelter Woods. Pinhead, Grim Pantry. It's weird.

    I can't play Myers without ending up on Ormond at least once.

    Myers - Haddonfield makes me laugh every time.

    Plague - Always the ######### swamp....Drives me nuts.

    Fred - It's always a McMillan map and I can't see ######### cause of the dream world. You don't even have to hide well I can walk right past you....long as you sit still and I mean truly sit still. You take one step I will hear it I promise.

    I will die on this DbD hill: maps are not entirely random and are influenced by killer selection. I get Haddonfield in nearly 50% of my Plague games. No joke, I got Haddonfield 13 times in 30 games of Plague. No offerings.
