Does Blindness affect the Lament Configuration?

For a while I didn't question it and I think I assumed no because pig boxes aren't hidden but I don't know if that applies to pinhead cause not finding his box doesn't result in your head popping.

If blindness does affect survivors ability to the see the lament configuration perks like third seal might actually have an interesting use on him.

    I don't know for sure but a mod here has told me that blindness generally does not affect killer powers, so white auras.
