No Network Connection

Today I have some issues while playing suvivors (swf). 3/4 matches the message appeared and I Lost all (points, item, add-on And event progress). Anyone know how solve this? My internet is 100% ok, i don't Lost Connection in the call with my friends.

    It’s a problem with the game, not your internet. I have no idea if this is due to another overload on the servers or what.
