Pre/Post-Game Chat outside of PC

Will we ever get it? I understand that it's hard to use with a controller but with the Switch you have touchscreen keyboard and PS and Xbox have their own solutions. Plus, having the option to see pre/post-game chat on your screen is better than nothing.

    This game doesn't strike me as the type that wants to modernize.

    Most console players don't want this because of how PC players treat each other already. It would lead to more needless slurs being thrown around and more pointless arguing. Plus, PC players get salty af when they lose to a console player, especially one that played well and fair, and no one wants to feel a Steam players wrath.

    I frequently want to say well played/I enjoyed that game but I'm unable to do so. Typing on controller takes an age so its not too feasible. A post game match thumbs up / thumbs down system could be better implemented so that we can see appreciation and dish out plaudits.

    Most console people see just how bad this system is and do not want it for obvious reasons...

    I get enough harassment from messages from survivors on my console, rather not also have them trying to cry whine and degrade me in post game chat too.

    I would never use it. I like to go to the last page of the end screen to see what perks and add ons the survivors/killers had but would keep chat turned off.

    I get enough hate through messages even if I play fair, don't need it through the game itself.
