Was outfit visibility changed?

Is it just me or did outfit visibility change after the pinhead update? I can't see other survivors' outfits anymore, but instead either the default outfit or what I have set for them.

I hope it wasn't intentional, because I liked seeing others' looks.

for me their outfits are always what its susposed to be in game but not in a lobby

Yeah I should have clarified, it's only in lobbies.
