Pinhead is very badly designed
So let me get this straight. If you put ruin on pinhead you are constantly attacked by chains while on a gen so you can't get any progress and if you try to solve the cube you also get attacked by chains preventing you from solving the cube. The same goes for trying to break ruin. So you are permanently stunlocked for free. Am I getting that right? I assumed the chains primarily affected you during chase because that makes sense. But no.

Do the box earlier.

Solve the box before the chain hunt starts, and you can cleanse ruin.

When you know its Ph always scout the box asap and try to only pick it up and solve it when PH is engaged with someone else you need to solve it so a chainhunt doesnt start

So I need to solve it immediately and if I don't the match us basically over? It felt like the box was only out for 5 seconds because pinhead had the addon that makes it so you can only see the aura when you are up close. If you are solo queue I assume everyone would dogpile on the box to make sure it's solved but that's just free slowdown and tells pinhead exactly where it is as well. Feels very lose lose and not fun at all.

Not playing the game feels like a better option, I'll just do that. I didn't play for about 2 months and I'll keep the trend going with how bad they are at making the game actually fun.

I think he's pretty well designed. There's the killers which on release could do with some small changes, and some which you kinda prefer they just delete them and try something else instead, I'd say he's the former.

Don’t solve the box in the open to avoid chains. It should stop targeting you once the game realizes you’re trying to solve the box.

I really dislike this killer and I don't care how many people say he is bad. Legion is also bad but with stuff like Thana and green Button addon on a small map the match will just last forever with little to no progress getting done. Pinhead is the exact same.
If I load in a Pinhead match and I see the killer has the Iri Lament Configuration, I iust straight up run to the killer so he can hook me. I ain't gonna waste my time playing against that crap.
