Yeah the reasons people get tilted...I usually get racial slurs...for some reason people dont think I will report them or deny it...you shouldn't have typed it out 🤣

It kinda is, I never played plague and I still get the same players.

Also dataminers who have gotten banned for leaking that information confirmed that there is not such thing as individual killer MMR, if you are a godly nurse that will increase the other killers MMR, slower but it will increase it.

So basically I main Oni but suck at plague I will still get really decent survivors vs my plague because MMR is not working as intended.

If I'm honest with myself, even though I try to keep it 50/50, I'm significantly better at Survivor, but I just have more fun playing Killer. I'm not running into the same issues you are, but playing Killer is just inherently more of a challenge and I feel way more invested.

Playing surv especially at higher levels and solo q just gets boring sometimes. Equip DS, DH, and BT. Maybe get a little creative with the 4th slot but even then it's usually just deciding between UB, Deliverance, and a couple others. Equip flashlight. Use the same old tactics to loop a killer endlessly until he goes away or the exit gates open. Same old same old.

Playing killer, you have a roster of different characters to choose from, some of them playing entirely different from the others. There's multiple different viable builds to chose from for each killer that can accomodate different play styles. The items and add ons for each killer is different and have their own pros and cons to consider. In the actual match, you have a lot to keep track of. You have to find the survs, chase them, down them, place them on hooks, keep track of gens and do what you can to slow surv progress, observe how they're playing and adjust your strategies accordingly, keep survs from opening and going through the exit gates, keeping track of where the hatch is to potentially close it before any survivors can make it out, evaluating when to utlize any unique abilities and when to just hit normally, and other things that force you to really engage yourself in almost every match. Killer isn't for everyone, and if that challenge just becomes legit stress for you, you should probs just drop it and do something that you DO find fun.

Yeah right now it is a system designed to make sure newer survivor players dont leave...the cigarette model we have new customers the older ones dont matter as much anymore 🤑

If I could play killer with my friend, I would. Survivor [BAD WORD]ing sucks.

I just had a match with a teammate who did literally nothing. Me and two other survivors escape, I see on the end screen the last one has 163 points. Literally 163 BP. Then they escape and it becomes over 7k.

[BAD WORD] survivors. I swear to god, this is the worst designed game I've ever seen in terms of being rewarded for doing nothing. I keep having teammates who stealth around being useless, go AFK, or throw the match farming hooks getting a crapton of points for getting their teammates killed (2k BP for each teammate killed, because it's 1k for the rescue and only 500 for it being safe), and I just wish I could pick up a weapon and kill them myself. Free of charge, I don't need anything in return, I'll give them to the killer.

Survivor has the fast queue times during the day and I can play with my friend, that's the only reason I'm doing it. Otherwise I much prefer to play killer, forcing them to do all the gens while I screw around maxing Deviousness pretending I can't see them.

Killers have cool powers while survivors have [BAD WORD]ing awful teammates. That's the incentive to play killer.

I used to play killer more but I’ve had way more fun playing survivor since MMR started. First, killer queue times for me have gone way up and I get almost instant survivor queues depending on time of day. Second, as killer I was playing against survivors that were way above my skill level and it was super unfun. I was tired of playing super scummy to get 1-2K. The only benefit of playing killer was more bloodpoints but I’d rather have more chill, enjoyable matches as survivor.

This oddly sums up both my relationships in real life and with this game. Glutton for punishment right here. Lolol

I personally enjoy it, recently with nurse and pinhead. I mainly play survivor for archives and dailies, survivor side feels slow. Someone is in a chase, I work on a gen. Someone is hooked, if there is someone closer to unhook I work on a gen. Chases are a bit boring as well as survivor.

Killer requires me to think more about who to chase, what gens to protect, what areas to zone survivors into that become unsafe as the game goes on. I enjoy the mental gymnastics playing killer.
