what i dont like with nurse is that compared to other killers. a good nurse will be super difficult to beat, but its possible. with a great nurse the only people who actually stand a chance are the top 0.1 percent swf's solo queue will never stand a chance and neither will an average swf.

Nurse is not easy to learn. Takes some hours. Unlike spirit. Only need headset and your are good to go with 4ks

The problem with Nurse is, once you get there survivors can't do much really. And this usual argument "you actually need some skill for her, good Nurse well done!" justifies this all the time in the community, because they had to learn her for hundred hours to regularly 4k. I'm tired of all the slugging Nurses, playing toxic and letting you bleed out on the floor as some kind of dominance expression and then getting complimented in after game chat "wow great nurse she's hard to play!"

I think survivors were underperforming. They should probably just nerf the pig instead.

You don't need statistics to know the answer. Just look how spirit matches end most of the time. Usually they win with 3k or 4k.
Or survivors disconnect/suicide early on.
In both cases something is wrong about it.

It's not about performance, people hate her gamble mechanic. Both sides want to outplay each other not gamble. And spirit was a gamble cause u never knew what is she doing.

Any killer, honestly. We've had a wave of Wraith op complaints. I remember when Plague was the op killer of choice last year. Blight will most certainly be a fan favorite. With Trapper getting his buff, I can already see the multiple op threads popping up for him. Deathslinger might come back, Bubba as well. Nurse, probably.

This generalisation is what always amuses me. Do you really believe all survivor players want reliable counterplay without the killer having any counterplay?
Is that what it always boils down to in your head when you see someone wanting a nerf for a certain killer?
People are indeed allowed to think that certain killers are too strong or just not fun to go against. And with Spirit, there simply was an overwhelming amount of people that didn't like her at all.
You people's attempts to dismiss any criticism towards certain killers is hilarious sometimes.
It's simple though. Playing against Spirit was pretty much a complete coin toss. And that's not fun gameplay. And without Iron Will, allowing the Spirit to hear you constantly, you pretty much had no counterplay at all, not even in form of a boring coin toss.

A killer does not need to be overperforming to warrant a nerf. Nurse for example always had a low kill rate even before the nerf, Old Legion was just as weak as the current one, etc.

They nerfed old Nurse even though I don’t think her kill rates were particularly high. Same with Billy.
They nerfed Object of Obsession despite outright stating that it wasn’t overperforming according to stats.
They’re buffing Trapper despite him not having particularly low kill rates.

It's just applying the same logic people used to get other killers gutted.
The standard isnt something being overpowered, or survivors would be getting nerfs to not steamroll most of the killer roster at high level.
If something being subjectively "unfun" to play against is enough for a nerf, then I can't wait for Blight to get nerfed next. As personally I hate playing against him and think he's the most unfun killer in the game.

I suspect the MMR was revealing that the highest ranked killers were a select few.
Win rates don't really show much outside of how difficult a killer is to play, but if all the highest ranked MMR killers were all spirit, nurse, blight etc, then it would say a lot, especially when you compare how challenging it is to play nurse and blight are compared to spirit.

If they touch Blights power, they're going to ######### up the collision and absolutely ######### him over. Please BHVR if you do decide to nerf Blight make him a 110 speed killer with a 32 meter terror radius and rework alchemist ring and nerf the crow and rat add-ons too and he'll be in the perfect spot.

Spirit is thet dumbest killer in the game it deserves the nerf in fact should never have existed tbw. spirit mains have enjoyed their EZ wins 0 effort, 0 skill for way too long already.

Idk if you have ever played Spirit. But she’s not so easy to master like people are making it seem.

survivors just want them easy games. All these killers keep getting nerfed and we’re still waiting on keys which have not been touched in a year since they announced that they were getting reworked.

Played against 3 Spirits today. I'm medium-high MMR. They got a combined 0 kills. 2nd game she got 1 hook. 3rd game we had 3 gens for 1 hook and she DC'd. Clearly OP zero effort killer.
She takes "no skill" but when she gets wrecked by good survivors, its because the Spirit player was bad, right? I think that's how the logic of the complainers goes anyways.

That used to be the most popular thing to talk about, forums were full of nerf nurse, and nerf hillbilly threads, and they caved. Not only will they never fix Nurse bugs, but they nerfed hillbilly to boot. Spirit was happenstance. And like clockwork, as soon as they give killers a high skillcap killer who can actually compete they delete it.
Next high skillcap killer to be deleted will be blight, and then pinhead. Then all the sweat squad survivors will have no challenge and can finally quit the game when nobody has any killers to go against.

People don't complain about Nurse as much as it was about Spirit. And after MMR hit majority don't face Nurse players. If not everyone, then majority hated face check mind game and inability to understand is she phasing or not.
If anything will be nerfed after Spirit, i think it will be Wraith will wallhack addons. I don't think it will be Nurse or Blight.

Or because the data is unconclusive, because of the wide variety of builds/players. Remember, the red rank kill rates only consider the killers rank. But not the survivors. We have been getting rainbow matches for a while now. So no surprise, when a rank 1 killer stomps rank 12 survivors. Or when survivors don´t like the killer/map/offerings and run straight to the killer to end it.

Run into 2 in a swf when you don't have Lightborne.
DIsclaimer: When i see 2 in a lobby i use Lightborne, but not 1, however rng from chests = meh.

You can still flashlight blind from the sides even if your face is against a wall.

Faking pickups against a dedicated flashlight team generally just means a lot of free hits. They're the only items that are usually more of a detriment than a bonus to the team (although survivors can and do screw each other over with keys)
Also pause to look down for a bit in front of a pallet before breaking it against a flashlight user and they'll probably waste half their charges in one go.
