Are hackers not getting purged from the game anymore???

I run into the same people cheating, with swf, over and over. I have apparently reported the same person for the last week who has since changed his name more times than steam can list in one string. All they say is "accounts are two dollars I'll just make a new one" but that account hasn't even been banned yet. Are the reports not being addressed, do I need to just quit after 2000 hours because I can't play the game anymore?

    Yeah, a lot of people seem to say reports don't do anything. You just have to deal with it i guess...
