I'm getting angry now
I received DC penalty after the Steam servers DISCONECTET, about 30m, not even my fault , and I won that match too .. I played with a trapper .. I had 4k insured, I'm getting angry now
P.S: I LOSE MY ANYVERSARY 5TH SACRIFICIAL CAKE , I'M GETTING MORE ANGRY

You only get a 5 min penalty if you get disconnected the first time.
to get 30 min you have to have dc ed multiple time in a short span of time. Maybe the last dc was not your fault but it seems like the other times it was.
if you actually did not and your internet connection is stable then I guess you should try to contact support or post in this forum in the technical issues section to try to resolve the problem

When I am impacted by a Steam disconnect I usually get 5 minutes and I have never more than 15. If your at 30 minutes their is something your not letting on to. The 30 minutes sounds warranted.
