Is it real to switch my progress (+-2 years) from a PS4 to a PC, without any DLCs, only a progress?

Sorry but this is not possible, there is no cross progression between PS4 and PC at this time, and we do not know if it's something that will ever be implemented.

Those of us who made the mistake of buying the game on PlayStation or Xbox are most likely forever doomed. Sucks to be us, yeah.
