Does it actually regress gens after going off? Everytime I go to a gen after it activated I don't see the gen regressing. Or is it bugged where you can still tap it when you're incapacitated

    It should regress, yes. Perhaps a survivor was able to stop the regression? Or maybe it is bugged, I barely ever see that perk because it's sadly not very good.
