Killer Perk Ideas:
Not So Fast: The Entity sees how you dispatched of the other survivors and knows with a little more time you can catch the last one. Once the Hatch is activated it becomes locked for 60 seconds with the killer getting a 2/3/4% speed increase.
Hex Cursed Lands: The Entity doesn't like a fighting survivor and wants to give the killer an advantage in a long chase. For every ten seconds that a chase lasts for the survivor in this chase gets a debuff. This perk stacks up to 2/3/4 debuffs. These persist even after the chase and will only end once the totem is destroyed.
Locked Down: You become obsessed with a survivor. The Entity knows why the obsession is important to you and gives you a reason to keep them alive. While the obsession is injured, downed or hooked the totems around the map become locked and cannot be cleansed. The obsession can heal themselves 75/50/25% faster. If the obsession is sacrificed then the totems become unlocked.
Hide And Seek: The Entity senses survivors close and will not let them hide. When a survivor is within 16m of the killer and doing nothing for 25/20/15 seconds the killer gets a notification and the aura of the survivor for 3 seconds.
Times Up: The Entity is getting displeased with how long your taking and wants you to end this now. After 14/12/10 minutes of the game have passed the killer gets the auras of the remaining survivors for 3 seconds every minute until the game ends.
Loyal Servant: The Entity is pleased with your efforts and wants to reward you. After hooking survivors 11/10/9 times, the next survivor you down can be moried.
Btw I'm a survivor main I just think killer perks are more fun to think of.
